Technology Analyst – Java/J2EE

Interview will be on 9th September 2017 and offers will be rolled out quickly.

Duration: Full Time
Location: Dallas, TX

Qualifications (Basic)

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in software design and development with Java.

Preferred

• At least 3 years of hands‑on development experience to produce high‑quality Java J2EE /Rest API for the project following an Agile development approach.
• At least 2 years of experience working on java frameworks like Spring, Struts etc.
• At least 2 years of experience developing and optimizing Oracle routines.
• Ability to finalize requirements documents by participating in requirements reviews and sign‑off sessions to confirm understanding and validate business requirements. Use validated requirements to design core software components.
• Ability to develop written test cases as well as automated software test cases to validate requirements. A submitted automated software test cases with each software deliverable.
• Ability to develop to work in a team to integrate the core infrastructure and transaction web applications with the core workflow and configuration components.
• Willingness to learn and work on any new technology
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to working in Agile environment
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Good Communication and Analytical Skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
