Technology Analyst – Java/J2EE

Full‑time position located in Fort Worth, TX. Client is willing to provide relocation assistance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in application design and development using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Experience working with relational databases such as DB2.
• Experience in development, maintenance, and unit testing of web applications and web services.
• Experience with common Java frameworks and libraries.
• Ability to collaborate with client technical teams to understand functional requirements and develop effective, flexible solutions.
• Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with web services protocols such as REST or SOAP.
• Experience with languages such as CSS, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with responsive web design, Spring, and Play Framework (optional).
• Experience with Highcharts or AJAX (optional).
• Experience working with IBM Rational Software Architect (RSA), WebSphere, or Tomcat server environments.
• Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins (desirable).
