Role: Technology Analyst – J2EE - WebServices

Qualifications

Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred:

• At least 2 years of experience in Java / J2EE skills with Spring Framework in Tomcat / WebSphere environment.
• Experience in developing Web Services using RESTful protocol.
• Hands-on experience with OData 2.0, STS for Eclipse, JSON, JUnit, and Linux.
• Experience using Web 2.0 tools for development and testing.
• Knowledge of database integration such as MySQL, Oracle, DB2.
• Experience with development and source control tools like Maven and GIT.
• At least 2 years of experience in the software development life cycle, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore resources.
• Ability to work in a team environment and client-facing roles.
• Interest in working in a global delivery environment.
• Domain knowledge of Brokerage, Banking, or Financial Services.
