Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience (three years of progressive experience in the specialty) may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in Core JAVA, J2EE, Spring.
• Experience in web programming using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS for application development, maintenance, and testing.
• Knowledge of Perl Scripting, JQuery, ASP, AJAX, FLASH, etc., is an advantage.
• Experience with Web 2.0 tools for development and testing.
• Knowledge of databases like MySQL, Oracle, DB2.
• Experience with development and source control tools such as Maven and GIT.
• At least 2 years of experience in the software development lifecycle, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience translating requirements into system designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore teams.
• Ability to work in a team and interface with clients.
• Interest in working in a global delivery environment.
• Domain knowledge of Brokerage, Banking, or Financial Services.
