Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures and treatments in line with radiology standards to support diagnosis and patient care in Columbus, MS.

You will document procedures, maintain equipment, and participate in quality improvement efforts; ARRT Radiography registration and BLS within 30 days are required, with at least 6 months' experience and state licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in radiology.
  • ARRT registration in Radiography and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Basic computer skills; registry in Vascular Interventional (ARRT VI) preferred.
  • Licensure as required by state; new graduates must obtain registry within 60 days.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize radiologic knowledge to perform procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement procedure and treatment plans following established protocols.
  • Complete documentation to ensure compliance with hospital policies.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to uphold patient care standards.
  • Achieve assigned goals and contribute to departmental operations.

Summary Of The Role

This position involves performing imaging procedures and treatments in accordance with radiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The role requires applying radiologic principles, selecting appropriate techniques and positioning, and developing effective treatment plans.
