Job summary

Schaeffler Battery Technology, LLC is seeking a Technologist for Production Technology at the Wooster, OH battery plant. You will lead rework activities on battery assemblies, drive process improvements, and validate solutions to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing production systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience.
• Journeyman Card.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
• Assertive approach to solving problems.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
• Preferred: SAP experience.

Responsibilities
