Job summary

Schaeffler Battery Technology, LLC in Wooster, Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, install and set up electrical and mechanical equipment in a production facility. You will participate in ramp ups, start procedures and support on-site installation projects.

This role supports a dynamic, global tech group with opportunities for professional growth. The position requires a High School Diploma or Journeyman Card, or an Associates Degree with 3 years of experience;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and Journeyman Card.
• Associates Degree with 3 years of experience.

• Contribute to planning of maintenance schedules and execute respective maintenance assignments.

• Execute ramp up, setup and start procedures in order to prepare machines and equipment for operations.
• Contribute to installation projects on site, and support accountable Engineers.
• Support maintenance of technical documentations for processes and equipment.
