We are redefining Laboratory Medicine with state-of-the-art technology and automated equipment, emphasizing applied and translational research. Role Overview:

The LT3 role encompasses six career pathways:

• Quality Management Specialist (QMS): Monitors and reports QC, ensures regulatory compliance.
• Laboratory Information Specialist (LIS): Manages LIS responsibilities collaboratively.
• Education Coordinator: Coordinates laboratory education programs.
• Generalist: Provides technical expertise across laboratory areas.
• Assays: Develops and improves laboratory methods.
• Specialist - Instrumentation: Coordinates equipment validation and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked laboratory environment.
• Monitoring and reporting quality control measures.
• Managing LIS responsibilities and documentation accuracy.
• Assisting in assay design, setup, and protocol optimization.
• Keeping detailed and organized records.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Lab Sciences or Medical Technology.
• At least 4 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Current New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License.
• ASCP certification preferred.

Additional Information:

• Location: Westchester
• Shift: 1:30PM-9:30PM, Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays.
