We are redefining Laboratory Medicine with state-of-the-art clinical laboratories equipped with advanced technology and automation. Our focus is on faster, more efficient answers, supported by applied and translational research. We promote growth, collaboration among scientists, clinicians, industry experts, and educational opportunities for medical technologists, laboratory managers, and directors.

Role Overview:

The LT3 position offers six specialized career pathways:

1. Quality Management Specialist (QMS): Monitors and reports QC, ensures compliance with regulations.
2. Laboratory Information Specialist (LIS): Manages LIS responsibilities in collaboration with the LIS management team.
3. Education Coordinator: Coordinates laboratory education programs with management.
4. Generalist: Provides technical expertise and assists across laboratory areas.
5. Assays: Develops and improves assay methods in collaboration with management.
6. Specialist - Instrumentation: Coordinates equipment validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked laboratory environment.
• Monitoring and reporting quality control (QC).
• Overseeing LIS responsibilities and system knowledge.
• Verifying specimen requisitions, updating LIS, and documenting collection info accurately.
• Assisting in assay design, setup, and protocol optimization.
• Keeping accurate records and logs.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Lab Sciences or Medical Technology.
• At least 4 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Current New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License.
• ASCP certification preferred.

• Location: Westchester
• Shift: 1:30PM-9:30PM, Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
