Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Sonographer preferred.
• Registered by ARDMS, Cardiac Sonographer, or Vascular Technologist, or a recent graduate awaiting certification (proof required within 60 days).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Licensure through ARDMS/CCI or a plan to obtain certification within 12 months; BLS within 14 days of hire preferred.

• Applies comprehensive radiologic principles, choosing the best techniques and positioning for effective procedures.
• Develops and implements appropriate procedure or treatment plans following hospital protocols.
• Completes documentation to ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintains equipment and work areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold quality patient care.
• Achieves assigned goals effectively.
