Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a qualified Sonographer to perform imaging procedures and treatments following radiology standards to support diagnosis and patient care.

You will work under hospital protocols to deliver accurate results. The role requires current ARDMS credentials or equivalent, BLS certification within 30 days, and the ability to maintain documentation and equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Must have recent experience as a Sonographer.
• ARDMS/CCI licensure or pending certification with proof within 60 days.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire is mandatory.
• Basic computer literacy required; advanced skills preferred.

Performs imaging procedures and treatments following radiology standards to assist in diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Executes assigned duties as needed.

• Applies thorough knowledge of radiologic principles, techniques, and positioning for optimal results.
• Develops and implements appropriate procedure or treatment plans in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Completes documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner for patient and staff safety.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold quality patient care.
• Achieves assigned goals and contributes to departmental objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum recent experience as a Sonographer; preferred experience in diagnostic medical sonography.
• Required education includes ARDMS, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Registered Vascular Technologist (or pending certification with proof within 60 days).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire is mandatory.
• Basic computer literacy skills are required; advanced skills preferred.
• Valid licensure through ARDMS/CCI or be a new graduate obtaining certification within 12 months.
