SimonMed Imaging is seeking a hands-on Technologist Assistant to support technologists and clinical staff, prepare exam rooms, assist with patient flow, and ensure patients are guided safely and comfortably throughout their visit.

The role emphasizes patient care, mobility assistance, and collaboration in a fast-paced imaging environment, with opportunities to develop clinical support skills and contribute to high-quality patient experiences.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtained within required timeframe.

At SimonMed Imaging, the Technologist Assistant plays a key role in delivering a smooth, patient-centered imaging experience. This role supports technologists and clinical staff by preparing exam rooms, assisting with patient flow and mobility, and ensuring patients are safely and respectfully guided through their visit.

This is a hands-on, highly active patient-care role that involves frequent standing, walking, and direct physical support of patients. If you enjoy working closely with patients and clinical teams in a dynamic healthcare setting, this role offers meaningful daily impact.

You're a Strong Fit If You Have

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior healthcare or patient-facing experience strongly preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required (or obtained within required timeframe)
• IV certification or willingness to obtain (depending on modality requirements)
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, and physically assist patients throughout the day
• Comfort supporting patient mobility, positioning, and safe transfers when needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an active clinical environment
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control standards
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safe, compassionate patient care
