We are seeking a skilledServiceNow Developerwith proven experience inIntegration Hub,Flow Designer,custom spoke development, andadvanced scripting. The ideal candidate will also have a working understanding ofprompt engineeringto enhance user experiences throughGenerative AI workflows. You will play a key role in designing and implementing integrations, automations, and intelligent workflows across enterprise systems to drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintainServiceNow integrationsusingIntegration Hub,custom spokes, andREST/SOAP APIs.
Create and orchestrateflows, subflows, and actionsinFlow Designerfor business process automation.
Build reusablecustom Integration Hub spokesfor internal and third-party system connectivity.
Write and manage complexscriptsusing JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Scripted REST APIs.
Configure and implementPlaybooksandProcess Automation Designerfor guided interactions.
DevelopAI-driven user experiencesusingprompt engineeringwithServiceNow Generative AI capabilities.
Collaborate with platform architects, analysts, and product owners to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring strategies for robust and reliable integrations.
Maintain documentation, conduct code reviews, and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
Required Qualifications:
8+ year of overall experience
5+ years of hands-on development experience on theServiceNow platform.
Proficiency inIntegration Hub, includingcustom spoke development,MID Servers, and secure credential management.
Strong skills inJavaScript,GlideRecord,GlideSystem, andscripted web services.
Experience withFlow Designer,Playbooks, andProcess Automation Designer.
Solid understanding ofauthentication protocols(OAuth2, Basic Auth, API Keys, etc.).
Familiarity withprompt designfor GenAI workflows and integrating AI responses into flows.
Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments.
ServiceNow CSA certification is required;Integration Hub,CAD, orAI certificationsare a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure toServiceNow Generative AIorAI Search configuration.
Experience integrating with platforms like Azure, Workday, JIRA, or Splunk.
Familiarity withDevOps toolchains,CI/CD pipelines, andApp Repository.
Working knowledge ofServiceNow ITSM,ITOM, orCSMmodules.
