Job summary

U-Haul à Houghton Lake, Michigan, recherche un Technicien de maintenance d’établissement à temps plein. Vous effectuerez l’entretien, les réparations et les installations, tout en gérant les inspections préventives et les commandes liées aux véhicules.

Vous travaillerez en équipe avec d’autres techniciens, utiliserez divers outils et contribuerez à des projets variés sur site. Permis valide et, si nécessaire, DOT sponsorisée et formation continue via U-Haul University sont requis.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans les domaines électrique, CVC, plomberie ou paysagisme.
• Permis de conduire valide.
• Certification DOT (peut être sponsorisée par l’employeur).
• Être âgé d’au moins 18 ans.

Responsibilities

• Inspecter, entretenir et construire de nouveaux bâtiments.
• Réaliser l’entretien général, l’installation, la réparation et le service.
• Effectuer des inspections préventives et des revues de toiture semestrielles.
• Tracer l’utilisation des camions et des cartes carburant de l’entreprise.
• Participer à la formation continue via U-Haul University.

May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.**Physical Demands:** The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.U-Haul Holding Company, and its family of companies including U-Haul International, Inc.
