Overview

We are actively seeking a Technician/CDL Driver at Hydroline, a Synergen company, for the Permian District in Midland, Texas that would be responsible for assisting with rig up and rig down projects as a CMV driver and rig up or rig down tasks. They will be responsible for understanding and adhering to company standards, expectations and all DOT regulations. Quality & Safety will be a focal point in all matters.

Responsibilities
  • Clamp lay flat, suction hose, discharge hoses, and assisting operators
  • Perform traffic control when necessary
  • Monitoring tank levels and operate pumps
  • Haul necessary items to and from job sites as assigned by supervision
  • Understand and be able to properly load and unload items being hauled
  • Understand and ensure proper load securement when hauling items
  • When required, participate in rig up & rig down meetings and ensure full understanding of the task assigned
  • Expected to know and understand all DOT regulations and ensure compliance at all times
  • Constantly communicate with supervision on issues, changes, and specific needs for executing assigned tasks
  • Ensure compliance of company policies and standards are always followed, i.e.: JSA’s, equipment inspections, checklist, etc.
  • Ensure facility and work is executed to the highest standard while meeting the customers’ expectations and is done safely and compliantly
Qualifications
  • Current Class A Commercial Driver’s License
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
  • Current safety certifications to include but not limited to PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR preferred
  • Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members
  • Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals
  • Drive a culture where our equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable
Physical Demands and Work Environment

The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Also includes consistently working outdoors in elements/weather. Work schedule varies according to demands of job assignments.
