Tony Hawaii Automotive Group Llc is seeking an automotive technician at all levels to support our Service Department in Waipahu, Hawaii. The role involves performing repairs per dealer and factory standards and road testing when required.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with a clean driving record. ASE certifications are preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Repair work as outlined on the Repair Order per dealership and factory standards.

• Communicate repair status to Service Advisor; coordinate with parts department as needed.
• Document all work and recommendations on the repair order.
• Maintain both personal and company tools and equipment.
• Adhere to Tony Group Standards (Smile, Greet, Help, Thank, Gold).

Job DescriptionJob Title: Technician (All levels) Department: ServiceReports to: Service Manager Effective Date: 3/30/23Performs work as outlined in the Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Road test vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.Responsible for supporting the company’s Vision: “Best place to work & Best place for our guests to do business” and Mission: “Build long term relationships with our associates & guests & make a positive difference in our community”.Essential Job Responsibilities:• Repair Work- Performs work as outlined in the Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Road test vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.• Communication- Communicates with Service Advisor about the status of the repair, to include additional work if needed. Must also communicate with the parts department regarding parts for the repair.
