Hydromax USA in Orlando, FL is seeking Technician Trainees for its Water Division. The program is a 3-month paid training path focusing on water system maintenance and field operations.

As a trainee you will gain hands-on experience outdoors, learn safety and data collection processes, and support essential infrastructure projects. Weekly pay, comprehensive training, and company‑provided tools are included to help you start a career in the utility industry.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Certification as required.
• Physically capable of field work, including walking over varied terrain, entering confined spaces, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willing and able to travel as needed, including weekends and occasional night shifts.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and field data collection applications.
• Ability to operate and maneuver a 4x4 2500 series truck in off-road or challenging conditions.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to high ethical work standards.
