Honeywell Aerospace in Clearwater, FL is seeking a FAA Test Technician - Level 3 (3rd shift) to perform complex testing and troubleshooting of aerospace systems and components. You will work on-site under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor and contribute to quality, safety, and reliability of aerospace products.

This role requires hands-on experience with aerospace test equipment, data acquisition, and documentation of results, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration

Qualifications

FAA Test Technician - Level 3 (3rd shift) (Finance)

As a Test Technician - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing complex testing and troubleshooting of aerospace systems and components to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. You will utilize your technical expertise to support product development and maintain operational excellence in our testing processes.

You will report directly to our Operations Supervisor and you'll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the Aerospace Technology business unit by ensuring the reliability and safety of our aerospace products through rigorous testing and validation. Your work will contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge aerospace technologies and help maintain Honeywell's reputation for quality and innovation.

Shift: Monday - Saturday 10:00pm-6:30am

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed testing and analysis of aerospace components and systems to verify functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during testing phases.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace testing or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace test equipment and procedures, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex aerospace systems and identifying root causes of failures.
• Experience with test data acquisition systems and software tools used in aerospace testing environments.
• Ability to maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Aerospace Technology, or a related technical discipline.
