Job summary

ActionLink Sterling, VA seeks a hands-on Technician Team Leader to drive retail installations, merchandising, and display projects. Lead fixture installs, resets, and tech integrations while ensuring safety and quality.

The role is full-time with typical Monday–Friday hours, travel may be required for select projects, and the team collaborates with store leadership to deliver client outcomes.

• Able to provide and maintain required tools and supplies

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to support select projects that may involve evening, weekend or overnight travel.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range:$21.00 - $23.00per hour

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams
• Experience inretail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction preferred
• Commitmentto professionalism, accountability, and high-quality execution
• Ability tointerpret planograms, installation guides, and project documentation
• Experience using hand and power tools in a safe and responsible manner
• Knowledge ofconsumer electronics and technology products, including TVs, soundbars, and interactive displays
• Strong communication,organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to complete project reporting
• Reliable smartphone with data access and access to a laptop or PC
• Able to provide and maintain required tools and supplies

Working Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Retail store settings
• Travel as needed with occasional overnight travel
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and operate certified lift equipment
