Job Description

The Student Support Technician, Substitute provides building level support to students in need in order to assist with the LPS Student Support model. The position manages discipline referrals, maintains regular communication with teachers and building staff, creates protective plan meetings with students, staff, and families, and supports student protective plans in order to support and increase time in class.

All positions are subject to a veterans preference.

Hourly Pay Rate $20.12 (2025-26 pay rate), 2026-27 pay rate pending board approval.
