• Education: Required: Graduate from School of Surgical Technology OR High School diploma or equivalent AND Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD).
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, working knowledge of computers, ability to organize instrument sets, pass a written proficiency review, organized and self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Preferred: CRCST or CBSPD (Required if no Surgical Technology Degree).
