Job summary

MaineGeneral Health System is seeking a dedicated instrument decontamination technician to clean and prepare surgical instrumentation and patient care equipment. You will follow manufacturers’ instructions and department procedures to ensure safe, effective cleaning.

You will collaborate with interdepartmental staff to prioritize workflow, expedite processing for daily schedules and urgent surgeries, and maintain equipment according to policies and regulatory standards.

Compensation Information:

$17.96 - $31.43

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
