Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of activities which involve standard procedures.
  • Gather common data and verifies adequacy and appropriateness.
  • Develop charts, diagrams, and standard reports.
  • May also set up and operate standard electronic or mechanical equipment used to develop, produce and/or test products or process data.

Basic Qualifications
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly/fabrication, integration, or another relevant field
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, written work instructions and/or test procedures
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to support program needs.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with Electronic Work Orders such as VECAM/SAP
  • Understand clean as you go techniques, and need for general cleanliness
  • Be able to manage flight and non-flight hardware
  • Industry certification, Trade School training and or degree in related field
  • Work effectively with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail
  • Experience working with delicate items using hands on processes and using hand tools.
  • General supervision with instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions for new lines of work or special assignments.
  • Must be self-motivated and a quick learner

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
