Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Shreveport, LA seeks a technician to maintain electronic gaming equipment to maximize performance and minimize downtime. You will perform conversions, moves and troubleshooting on casino floor machines and assist with non-gaming electronics in the slot department.

Role requires observing state regulations and Bally's policies, providing technical support to Slot Attendants, maintaining good relations with authorities, and handling guest disputes while safeguarding company

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electronic gaming equipment to maximize performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform conversions, moves and changes to machines on the casino floor and troubleshoot non-gaming electronics in the slot department.
• Observe and follow state regulations, internal controls and Bally's policies and procedures.
• Provide professional technical assistance to Slot Attendants by repairing machines and bill validators beyond their ability when needed.
• Maintain good working relationships with State Police.
• Handle guest disputes and protect company funds and assets; perform related duties as assigned.

• Responsible for maintenance of all electronic gaming equipment to ensure maximum performance and minimize down time.
• Performs conversions, moves and changes to machines on the Casino floor as needed. Troubleshoot and repair all non-gaming electronic equipment relative to the slot department.
• Must observe and follow all state regulations, internal controls and company policies and procedures.
• Provide professional technical assistance to Slot Attendants by performing machine and bill validator repairs beyond their ability when needed. Maintain good working relationship with State Police.
• Handle guests dispute and protect company funds and assets. Perform related duties as assigned.

Target Salary Range:

• $15.60/ hour
