Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a skilled Pool Service Technician to install, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial pool equipment in Scottsdale. You will deliver high-quality workmanship, educate customers, and identify service opportunities to support sales targets.

You will work with the Service Manager to uphold safety standards, maintain equipment, and ensure adherence to company policies and service guidelines. This role requires physical outdoor work and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems (110V/220V) and pool equipment repair.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to pass pre-employment requirements.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work and lift required weight.

Execute installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial pool equipment while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue contribution, and adherence to company standards.

Key Contributions

• Install, diagnose, and repair pool equipment including heaters, pumps, filters, plumbing systems, and electrical components.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship to minimize rework, warranty costs, and quality control expenses.
• Interact with customers to provide service recommendations, education, and solutions to pool system issues.
