Job summary

DrinkPAK, LLC is seeking a dedicated sanitation associate at our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will clean production machinery, mop, sweep, dust, and manage waste while strictly following GMPs and chemical safety rules.

The role requires flexibility for day/night shifts, 12-hour days on a 2/2/3 schedule, and strong attention to detail. Join a growing team that values safety and reliable attendance at our beverage manufacturing site.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Training or certification in food safety, sanitation, or chemical handling is a plus.
  • Experience in food/beverage manufacturing, janitorial, or industrial cleaning helpful but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and follow SOPs for cleaning and sanitizing production areas and equipment.
  • Awareness of chemical safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Effective communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all basic cleaning of production machinery.
  • Cleaning includes mopping, sweeping, and dusting.
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners.
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals per GMPs.
  • Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
  • Stay on task and respond promptly to incidents throughout the day.
  • Interact and maintain positive relationships with leadership.
  • Accomplish special projects and other duties as required by management.
  • Comply with safety rules, GMPs and DrinkPAK policies.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

Base Hourly Compensation Range: $19-$21
SHIFT: Must be willing to work either day and/or night shift; 12 hours per day, 2/2/3 Schedule
LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
TYPE: Full-Time, Regular.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
  • Responsible for all basic cleaning of our production machinery
  • Cleaning includes mopping, sweeping, and dusting

  • Ensure the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals following our GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas
  • Stay on task, but be prompt to respond to incidents as they occur throughout the day
  • Interact and maintain positive relationships with all levels of leadership
  • Accomplish special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management
  • Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s and all Drink Pak’s policies and procedures
  • Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or Graduate Equivalency Diploma required.
  • Additional training or certification in food safety, sanitation, or chemical handling is a plus (but not required for entry-level).
  • Prior experience in food/beverage manufacturing, janitorial, or industrial cleaning is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and sanitizing production areas and equipment.
