Begin building your career and apply now for these great benefits!BENEFITS OVERVIEWFamily first atmosphereBenefits to fit your needs: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401kCompetitive Total Compensation Plans with 401k matchPaid time off in your first yearTeam first environmentPaid Gym MembershipsEveryday Pay if neededFlexible Schedules to attend family eventsProfessional TrainingAdvancement opportunitiesLeadership TrainingEssential Job Functions: Install, maintain, and repair propane systems including tanks, regulators, piping, appliances, and related equipment in accordance with NFPA 58 and NFPA 54.Perform leak checks, pressure tests, and safety inspections on new and existing systems.Conduct tank set installations (above-ground and underground), ensuring compliance with clearance and code requirements.Replace or adjust regulators, valves, and pigtails as needed.Install and service propane-fueled appliances such as water heaters, ranges, and heating systems.Respond to out-of-gas calls, leak reports, and emergency service requests in a timely, professional manner.Document all service activities accurately — including test results, tank serial numbers, and work performed.Educate customers on safe propane use, odor recognition, and emergency procedures.Maintain company tools, equipment, and service truck in safe working order.Comply with company safety policies, OSHA standards, and all state and federal regulations.Participate in ongoing training and certification programs (CETP, state licensing, safety refreshers).All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of propane service or gas installation experience preferred.Current CETP certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordStrong mechanical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various conditions.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Must be self-motivated, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Field-based role with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions.Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, crawling and use of hand/power tools. May include after-hours or weekend on-call rotations for emergency service.
