Position Overview: The Technician Production Operations is responsible for following established procedures, maintaining training records, ensuring a smooth flow of materials, and executing work orders to meet deadlines. This role is based onsite in Chaska, MN, within the Reagent Manufacturing team, reporting to the Supervisor of Production Operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and following work instructions while complying with FDA requirements.
• Executing tasks across various work cells within the filling department independently.
• Identifying and suggesting quality improvements related to production methods, equipment performance, and efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate production records and reporting work status.
• Participating in kaizen/5S events, safety observations, and cross-training activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic Windows skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in regulated industries such as FDA or ISO standards.

The hourly pay range is $21 - $25 USD, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, insurance, and 401(k).
