Sibanye-Stillwater in Fairless Hills, PA, is seeking a Technician - Electronic Material Classification for 2nd shift, onsite. You will sort, dismantle, and classify electronic materials to support precious metal recovery processes in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced production setting, and willingness to learn. Must be able to commute to the Fairless Hills site.

Full-time Onsite 2nd Shift

At Sibanye-Stillwater, every role supports our mission to operate safely, responsibly, and sustainably. We are seeking a Technician - Electronic Material Classification to support sorting, dismantling, and classification of electronic materials for processing within our refining operations.

This role focuses on identifying, separating, and preparing materials for downstream processing while ensuring safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Purpose

To safely and efficiently sort, classify, and dismantle electronic materials to support precious metal recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, and classify electronic materials for processing
• Dismantle electronics and components to recover valuable materials
• Identify different material types and understand processing requirements
• Work with a variety of materials and adapt to changing daily tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE at all times

Compliance and Physical Requirements

• Must meet ITAR and NAID requirements
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and medical clearance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with required PPE

Schedule and Benefits

• Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
