Responsibilities:

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for performing automotive repairs and services swiftly and accurately, in accordance with store and factory standards, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Diagnose causes of malfunctions.

Complete all work according to safety requirements.

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repairs.

Document work performed, record test results, and time spent, following company procedures.

Maintain an inventory of essential mechanic tools.

Qualifications:

ASE and manufacturer certifications are preferred.

Must be a team player focused on providing excellent customer service.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
