Performs non-destructive inspection (NDI) on in-service, repaired, and manufactured aircraft assemblies and articles for defects, utilizing Magnetic Particle (MT) and Fluorescent Penetrant (PT) methods in accordance with the FAA Repair Station and manufacturers’ requirements.

Thorough knowledge of:
Obtain NAS410 certification in Magnetic Particle and/or Fluorescent Penetrant within 3-6 months of hire and demonstrate acceptable progress during this time period, including the successful completion of certification exams:
A composite test score of 80% is required with a minimum of 70% for any single exam.
Successfully pass annual regulatory vision requirements.
