Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Technician to gain hands-on experience across water, fire, and mold mitigation. You’ll join a skilled team on diverse projects, from emergency response to demolition, using a range of tools and equipment.

Safety is a priority; you’ll follow industry standards, track project updates, and produce daily reports. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with Water Mitigation Certification within 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation, light demolition, and equipment setup
• Maintain clean, stocked, and response-ready company vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe job site
• Support project documentation, photos, and daily reports
• Track expenses, time, and complete necessary work orders
• Perform physical labor, debris removal, and material handling
• Provide flexible support across multiple service lines

A Day in the Life of a Technician

As a Technician, you'll get hands‑on experience using a variety of tools and equipment while learning the ins and outs of emergency restoration and disaster recovery. With basic computer skills, you'll track project updates, and you'll quickly become proficient with industry‑specific tools and technology along the way.
