Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a hands-on Technician to help businesses recover after emergencies. You'll tackle water, fire, and mold mitigation, assist with light demolition, equipment setup, and provide flexible support across service lines with a supportive team.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a Water Mitigation Certification can be obtained within 1 year. A valid driver's license is required and restoration experience is preferred.

As a Technician, you'll get hands‑on experience using a variety of tools and equipment while learning the ins and outs of emergency restoration and disaster recovery. The work is fast‑paced, physically engaging, and incredibly rewarding—there's nothing quite like seeing the tangible difference you make for people and businesses in their time of need. With basic computer skills, you'll track project updates, and you'll quickly become proficient with industry‑specific tools and technology along the way.
