Job summary

Temco Logistics is seeking a dependable Driver and Appliance Installer to join our Midland, TX team. Operate a 26 ft box truck, handle multi-stop local deliveries, install household appliances, and ensure accurate records using mobile devices.

The ideal candidate is 21+, able to lift 100+ lbs, with strong customer service and a clean driving record. DOT/background checks required. We offer paid training, uniforms, medical and 401(k) benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload 100+ lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsement

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances.
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols.

Temco Logistics is seeking a dependable and skilled Driver and Appliance Installer to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.

What You Bring:

• MUST be 21+ years of age
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsement
