Job Summary

The Field Forklift Technician / Mechanic will perform quality repairs on all classes of forklifts and industrial equipment efficiently. The successful technician will project a positive, supportive, and professional image to all customers, fellow associates, and management while practicing safe work habits.

• Ensure proper maintenance and repair of ProLift Toyota Material Handling vehicles assigned
• Diagnose breakdowns and obtain technical and parts information to repair industrial equipment
• Interact courteously and supportively with employees, customers, and management
• Participate in ongoing Toyota training through company-sponsored programs
• Promote ProLift Toyota's values, mission, and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are indispensable partners to customers, vendors, and associates
• Work in a constant state of alertness and safety awareness

Educational/Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational school preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• 2 years of mechanical experience preferred
