Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing, repairing and servicing Mazda vehicles.
- Perform work as outlined in the repair manual and repair order, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Perform work in a timely manner and diagnose and fix it right the first time.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
- Maintain your factory training.
- Keep shop area neat and clean.
- Be part of a great team, give constructive feedback and earn a great paycheck.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required).
- We are accepting applicants with all types of manufacturer experience; prior Mazda experience is not required.
- All levels of qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve is most important.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
