Position Overview
We are currently seeking Harley-Davidson Master Level Technicians to join our team!
Diagnose, repair and maintain Model Year 2000 to present Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Proficiency in all electrical/computer systems diagnostics and repair including: EFI, ABS, CANBUS and Infotainment systems.
Proficiency in all powertrain diagnostics and repair including engine, primary case and transmission overhaul, and fuel injection runability concerns.
Proficiency in all chassis diagnostics and repair including suspension, handling, frame replacement and brake systems.
Ability to install and customize aftermarket accessories for proper fitment and function.
Test ride motorcycles on public roads to verify all work performed properly.
Perform all job duties in the allotted timeframe.
Provide labor and time estimates for additional motorcycle repairs.
Provide related technical assistance and explanation of mechanical diagnosis and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions.
