Job summary

Newmark Group in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine and semi-skilled tasks across facilities, equipment and grounds. The role involves drywall repair, painting, plumbing and minor carpentry, plus operation of forklifts and aerial lifts.

Under limited supervision, performs a variety of routine and semiskilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities, equipment and grounds.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintenance - Drywall repair, painting, plumbing and minor carpentry.
• Operates power tools and site mobile equipment - forklift and aerial lift
• Training for job duties provided by company as required

Salary

$50000 - $56160 annually

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50000 to $56160 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
