Under limited supervision, performs a variety of routine and semiskilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities, equipment and grounds.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operates power tools and site mobile equipment - forklift and aerial lift
• Training for job duties provided by company as required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment

Salary Range Language:

The expectedratefor this position ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 hourly. The actualhourly rate will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to the hourly rateand a competitive benefits package(including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).

Working Conditions:

Work performed both inside and outside, sometimes during inclement weather.
