This U.S. based position offers an expected annual compensation range of $66,000 - $99,000, including base pay and short-term incentives.

The salary range applies to candidates within the United States and is determined by role responsibility and level. Individual pay within this range depends on performance, skills, experience, and education. Role Summary:

This position typically requires 3-5 years of electrical installation experience, with a fundamental understanding of electrical practices and intermediate knowledge of HVAC or building control systems. Responsibilities include high-quality installation, wiring, and termination of controls, reading engineered control drawings, and making adjustments as needed.

Responsibilities include:

1. Low voltage cable rough-in.
2. Equipment/controller termination.
3. Install HVAC and building automation controls in various settings.
4. Install raceways, cables, wiring per codes and standards.
5. Mount and terminate control equipment.
6. Complete documentation and provide feedback to project management.
7. Coordinate with other trades.
8. Assist with point-to-point, repairs, and startup.
9. Basic troubleshooting.
10. Install water valves, damper motors, sensors, controllers.
11. Use hand tools, power tools, ladder, and powder-actuated tools.
12. Work well in teams, adapting to workload and crew changes.
13. Perform sound and fireproofing tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3-5 years related experience or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed.
• Pass criminal background and drug screening.
