Job summary

Monogram-Management-Services-Inc is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support loading docks, production lines, and satellite warehouses. You will load/unload ingredients, packaging, supplies, and finished goods while ensuring accurate movements and records. This role requires working knowledge of transfers and RF scanning, with certification in Forklift and Motorized Pallet Jack.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 110 pounds with a team. Training will be provided.

• Must have held or currently be a Log Tech 2.
• Must obtain Forklift and Motorized Pallet Jack Certification.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload ingredients, packaging, finished goods, equipment, supplies and other items.
• Move raw materials, packaging, supplies, finished goods, and other items to and from the warehouse, freezer, and cooler.
• Record inventory transactions accurately and timely.
• Ship and receive finished goods and raw materials.
• Process transactions for shipments and receipts.
• Organize orders for shipment.
• Complete and/or update row tags.
• Perform daily checks.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Remove line waste.
• Assist in the training of new employees.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Wear PPE as required.
• Communicate effectively and understand verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must pass a written exam and physical testing.

Job description

Employees will use a forklift, powered pallet jack, or pallet jack. Employees will load and unload ingredients, packaging, supplies, finished goods, and other items for shipment to and from facilities or outside sources. Employees will move and accurately record the movement of raw materials, packaging, supplies, finished goods, and other items to and from the warehouse, freezer, cooler and production lines at all facilities. Employees must be proficient at both production facilities and satellite warehouses to load and unload ingredients, packaging, supplies and finished goods from and to other facilities or outside sources. Employees will record inventory transactions accurately and timely.
