ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Technician II, Materials to receive, store, and distribute raw materials, intermediates, and products in compliance with cGMP and SOPs.

The role requires 2–4 years in Materials Management, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification within the last two years. SAP experience and inventory control are preferred in a growing biopharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive items daily and according to SOPs for GMP/Non-GMP.
• Monitor warehouse supplies and request or create purchase requisitions as needed.
• Distribute materials to applicable departments and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse.
• Log daily warehouse temperatures and replace weekly charts.
• Safely operate forklift to move palletized items in/out of the warehouse.
• Ship materials using major carriers and document shipments.
• Data entry into materials management system and SAP; MS Office use.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements; stock manufacturing area as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and generate inventory sheets; assist with RSV sample shipments.

Job Title: Technician II, Materials

Position Summary:

The Technician II, Materialsposition receives ships, stores, and distributes raw materials, intermediate and marketed products in compliance with cGMP and company SOPs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Daily, receive items shipped to the warehouse. Receive GMP and Non-GMP items according to SOP
• Monitor warehouse supplies and if necessary, either make a request or create a purchase requisition.
• Distribute materials, as needed, to the applicable departments.
• Maintain warehouse in a orderly and clean fashion.
• Log daily temperatures for the warehouse and Freezer area. Replace weekly temperature charts.
• Safely operate forklift to move palleted items in and out of the warehouse.
• Ship materials as requested using any of the major carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, or US Mail.
• Data entry into materials management system.
• Follow all safety procedures, guidelines and SOPs including use of personal protective clothing and/or equipment. Safely operate truck to deliver supplies and equipment. Deliver plasma pools to manufacturing. Stock manufacturing area with materials as needed. Resolve receipt discrepancies by collaborating with Procurement.
• Data entry into networked systems, SAP and Microsoft Office. Cycle count inventory as needed. Generate cycle count inventory sheets.
• Organize and process weekly shipments of RSV samples, ensuring accurate sorting into screens and titers. Scan RSV samples into a spreadsheet for tracking and shipment documentation. Prepare and ship samples to ADMA’s contracted lab for testing.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Education Requirements: High school diploma required or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience Requirements:Two to four years’ experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain and Warehousing required. PC and office application software experience required. Experience with physical inventory process required (i.e. periodic cycle counting and annual).
• License(s): Valid driver’s license required, forklift operating experience with certification in last two years.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Preferred Education: Some college preferred.
• Preferred Experience: Knowledge of automated shipping and inventory systems, SAP preferred. Knowledge of internal SOPs, cGMP requirements, Pharmaceutical experience preferred.

The minimum compliance expectation for this role entails strict adherence to FDA regulations and company policies governing sales and marketing activities. This includes completion of required compliance training, accurate documentation of sales interactions, and adherence to data privacy regulations. Additionally, the role requires proactive participation in compliance reviews, prompt reporting of any potential issues, and ongoing education to stay updated on relevant FDA regulations.
