A DAY IN THE LIFE

The town of Eustis is situated on the High Peaks Scenic Byway. The Kibby Wind Farm is located within the Chain of Ponds Public Reserved Lands, featuring five interconnected ponds between Indian Stream Mountain and Sisk Mountain. The area offers stunning scenery and numerous outdoor recreation opportunities.

In this intermediate-level role, you'll perform maintenance and/or installation work on wind turbines with minimal supervision, following defined schedules and safety protocols. You may mentor entry-level technicians.

Your daily tasks may involve working 250 feet above ground or in confined spaces, performing maintenance and repairs outdoors in varying weather conditions. You will be climbing, carrying tools, and moving parts to complete your work efficiently and safely.

Teamwork, professionalism, safety, and attention to detail are vital to our reputation and success. We encourage suggestions to improve safety and quality.

MORE ABOUT YOU

• You have a safety-focused mindset.
• Your positive attitude helps you work well in teams, and you're motivated and proactive.
• You can troubleshoot issues effectively using process of elimination.
• You bring at least 1-3 years of wind industry experience or hold a relevant wind certificate, along with mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical skills.
