Tech Services Technician I (Night Shift)

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Technical Services Technician (Night Shift) to support our Gene Therapy Team in Harmans, MD.

Our FDA-licensed, state-of-the-art CGMP manufacturing facility for Gene Therapies is located on the Harmans/BWI campus, which includes two manufacturing facilities approximately 200,000 sq. ft. and 145,000 sq. ft. under development. The campus features multiple manufacturing suites, fill/finish, testing labs, and warehouses, and is strategically located near Baltimore/Washington International Airport, top universities, and government agencies.

The Tech Services Technician will support GMP manufacturing by managing gowning inventory, ensuring equipment and environment sterility, and adhering to GMP standards and documentation requirements.

This position is on night shift, from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, on a 2-3-2 rotation, including weekends.

Responsibilities

1. Follow SOPs and adhere to cGMP and GDP standards.
2. Stock gowning areas with supplies.
3. Perform duties such as equipment washing, sterilization, WFI port flushing, filter testing, inventory monitoring, and room cleaning.
4. Maintain up-to-date training and safety compliance.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned to meet departmental goals.

Candidate Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 0-1 years of GMP experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and follow routine procedures.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of equipment functions.
• Flexible to work the scheduled shift, including overtime when necessary.

The salary range in Maryland is $39,680 - $54,560 plus shift differential and bonus, dependent on experience and qualifications.
