Job Description:
  • Pay: $23-25/hr to start!
  • 12-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
  • Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Onsite
Position Overview:

This role is primarily responsible for equipment setup and training, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Issues beyond standard support will be escalated appropriately to maintain service quality.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Follow established business processes and departmental performance metrics.

Qualifications:
