A healthcare support company in Atlanta is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team. The role requires handling high-volume calls from patients, accurately logging information, and providing operational support for equipment replacement. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a medical background is preferred. This position is strictly onsite, with training provided.
This is an 100% onsite position. No remote work. Looking for local candidates only.
Qualified candidate(s) will join the SJM Remote Care Technical Support team in handling calls from patients and submitting orders for replacement equipment. Calls must be accurately logged and data accurately entered using prescribed tools and processes. Calls handled may be incoming or outgoing and proper handling of patient information is critical.
