Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Technician I, Quality Assurance Label Control to perform counting, printing and issuing of Label Control components for production. You will review updates to label control processes and contribute to process improvements with eDMS and SAP interactions.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 3+ years in pharma with SAP experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience, Pharmaceutical Experience, FDA Regulated Industry Experience, & Prior SAP experience.
• Expert in Microsoft Word, Basic computer skills, Mechanical Aptitude, Manual Dexterity, SAP, Label Design System and Trackwise experience.

Responsibilities

• Counting Label Control components and SAP movements; train others on counting systems.
• Printing, assembly, and issuance of Label Control components with printers training.
• Operate label printing software and troubleshoot basic SAP/serialization issues.
• Maintain inventory and complete SAP inventory transactions for Label Control components.
• Design and review label component formats; initiate eDMS change requests.
• Represent Label Control in project meetings and drive process improvements.

Job Description

This position completes the counting, assembly, printing and issuance of Label Control components for production; creates process improvement suggestions and review of updates to the Label Control processes; and designs and reviews labeling components for production use. Also represents Label Control by initiating and reviewing eDMS change requests, attending project meetings, providing input for incidents and CAPAs, and initiate/design/complete process improvements.

• Counting of Label Control components and multiple SAP material movement transactions. Be able to use and train others on Insert, box, and label counting systems.
• Printing, assembly, and issuance of Label Control components. Be able to print on and train others on all Label Control printers.
• Operate label printing software, be able to troubleshoot basic system communication issues with SAP and serialization process.
• Maintain inventory control of Label Control components.
• Complete SAP inventory transactions of Label Control components. Be able to troubleshoot transactions and discrepancies.
• Design and review label component formats in the label design system.
• Initiate and complete eDMS change requests.
• Represent Label Control on project meetings. Be able to initiate/design/complete process and project improvements.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of related experience, Pharmaceutical Experience, FDA Regulated Industry Experience, & Prior SAP experience.
• Expert in Microsoft Word, Basic computer skills, Mechanical Aptitude, Manual Dexterity, Manual Dexterity, SAP, Label Design system - know how to design basic label for production printing, Trackwise - utilize CR process for changes and incidents.

Preferred

• Forklift Certification experience desired, must be able to obtain within one month.
• Knowledge ordinarily acquired from the highest-level high school courses in math is desired. Math skills for calculating ratios, parts, and percentages are preferred.
