The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution – from strategic capital investments, industrial operations and an efficient supply chain, to state-of-the-art manufacturing and test operations and top-notch facilities management.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform critical operations across multiple programs, including polymerics applications, lay-up operations, soldering, Kanban, testing, troubleshooting hardware, conducting tests, applying touchups, torquing, and marking.
  • Read, comprehend, and execute technical process specifications, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain electronic build records, process logs, and reports.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a regular work schedule and establish effective working relationships.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Work is performed in an office, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor environment. This position requires regular in-person work on-site five days a week, with possible travel between company locations.

Minimum Education Required

High School/GED. Higher degrees may substitute for experience.

Additional Qualifications

Willingness to obtain a DoD Interim Secret clearance, with the ability to maintain it.

Preferred certifications include FOD, ESD, soldering, fastener torquing, and others listed.

Pay Range

$39,219 - $62,751 annually
