Job summary

Terumo Neuro seeks a hands-on manufacturing support specialist to assist in assembly, chemistry, injection molding, and equipment design activities. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, train operators, and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities include performing IQ/OQ/PQ testing, drafting documentation, and supporting process improvement initiatives while maintaining calibration and instrumentation upkeep within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment qualification IQ/OQ/PQ and validated processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair common equipment failures.
• Experience drafting controlled documentation and specifications.

Job description

Support the manufacturing processes, which may include, but are not limited to, assembly, chemistry, injection molding, or equipment design of products. Ensure materials, documents, and processes are compliant with the established company practices and procedures. Aid in researching innovative ideas and contribute to process optimization initiatives through continuous improvement projects. Focus is on both theoretical and practical solution development through the application of the scientific process. Job duties:

• Work with a variety of process and manufacturing equipment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair common equipment failures.
• Provide operator training and monitor document conformance.
• Identify and correct common process or manufacturing issues.
• Support production or process development as required.
• Responsible for manufacturing line support via execution of equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ), equipment purchases, process improvement initiatives, etc.
• Perform in-process/release/validation testing and reports results.
• Responsible for instrumentation maintenance and upkeep.
• Draft controlled documentation including, but not limited to, component drawings, tooling qualification, and equipment specification.
• Maintain laboratory raw material and supplies.
• Perform day-to-day tasks under supervision.
• Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

$20.35/Hour - $26.71/Hour (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than what is listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, biz needs and market demand)
