Base Pay Range

$30.00/hr - $34.00/hr

We are looking for Process Engineer for our Direct Client.

Duration: 1 Year contract

Shift: Need to be flexible working all 3 shifts. Monday-Friday. Weekend work is required. Once fully trained, shift from 8 to 12 hours (6am-6pm).

Summary: The main function of a manufacturing process engineer is to direct the development and/or improvements of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Propose and evaluate manufacturing process and equipment for assigned areas.
• Meet plant goals and standards in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coordinate the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment in supporting SPQRC initiatives.
• Evaluate expenditures for processes and/or equipment.
• Provide technical assistance and training for assigned plant operations.
• Work closely with production and maintenance personnel and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Analyze tooling and equipment and select proper steps for solution.
• Communicate with internal and external business units.
• Support plants in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness and Cost goals.
• Support and implement the QS9000/ISO14001/(GMS) Global Manufacturing System compliance processes.
